Returns & Exchanges

At Anya Hindmarch, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you change your mind, we offer a 14-day window for returns of all items in original condition. Please ensure all tags and protective packaging remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Anya Hindmarch branded box and protective dust bag, ensuring the package is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
